Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will be happy to refund your order.

All orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all labels attached, not smelling of perfume, unwashed and unworn.

All postage costs are incurred by the customer on returns or exchanges unless you have received a faulty item.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will replace the item (subject to stock) at no extra postage costs to the customer. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

ZIPS jeans reserves the rights to determine if an item is faulty. Please include a receipt of your postage costs when returning a faulty item so we can refund you.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

For exchanges, there is a €2.99 charge for postage of the returned item. This can be paid via paypal or bank transfer.

​All refunds will be made to the payment source used in your order. Refunds can not be sent to a different person or account.
